If you know you will be training all year, the 12 month contract works out at £25 a month by direct debit, saving £5 a month on the pay as you go price. It is your choice.

Get our weekly pass for just £10. This gives you access to all of the facilities for one full week. Perfect if you want to try out the gym before committing to a monthly pass.

Get our daily pass for just £5. This gives you access to all of the facilities for one session. Perfect if you want to try out the gym before committing to a contract.
MONTH PASS (contract)

This monthly pass gives you access to all facilities and is set up through direct debit. Its a 12 month contract but allows you to save £5 per month than if you were paying cash.

- Can I join without a contract?
- Yes. The month pass is £30 paid month to month with no contract. There is also a £10 week pass and a £5 day pass.
- Is the contract cheaper?
- Yes. The 12 month contract is £25 a month by direct debit, which saves £5 a month compared with paying month to month.
- Do no contract members get the same access?
- Yes. Every pass includes access to all facilities.
- When are you open?
- Seven days a week. Monday to Thursday 6am to 9:30pm, Friday 6am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm. Bank holidays are Sunday hours.
