Privacy How we use your details

01

Who we are

This website belongs to WC Gym Ltd trading as World Class Gym, Liscard, Wallasey, Wirral CH45 4NE. We are responsible for the details you send us here.

Questions about your details: call 0151 639 8365 or use the contact form.

02

The contact form

When you send a message, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your message
• The page you sent it from

It is saved in a database and emailed to the gym so we can reply. We also send you an email to confirm your message arrived.

03

The newsletter

If you sign up, we receive your email address. It is saved in the same database and emailed to the gym, so we can send you gym news and events.

04

Taps on phone and map links

When you tap a phone number, email link or directions link, the site counts it. It records only the kind of link and the page it was on. Nothing that identifies you, and no cookies.

05

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads.

06

Who else handles it

The website is built and looked after by Samuel Builds. The site is hosted by Vercel, the database by DigitalOcean, and emails are sent through Resend.

If an enquiry email ever fails to send, Samuel Builds is sent a copy so it can be passed to the gym by hand.

07

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted. Call 0151 639 8365 or use the contact form.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
